Thank you for shopping with Mardeco Clearance.

As this is our clearance outlet, all items are sold while stocks last and dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm NZT are typically dispatched the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00pm will be dispatched the next business day.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been collected by the courier.


New Zealand Delivery

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • North Island: 1–3 business days

  • South Island: 2–4 business days

  • Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are subject to courier performance.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.


Large or Heavy Items

Some products (including sliding door hardware and bulk orders) may require special freight handling. Additional charges may apply and will be confirmed prior to dispatch if necessary.


Authority to Leave

Unless requested otherwise, parcels may be left at the delivery address without signature. Once delivery is confirmed by the courier, responsibility passes to the customer.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. Additional freight charges may apply for redelivery due to incorrect information.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.
